The National Association of Local Councils www.nalc.gov.uk (NALC), in partnership with its national stakeholders, is updating the existing training strategy for local (parish and town) councils and wants your views!
The survey forms a pivotal element of the National Training Strategy (NTS) review, and was kicked off in December.
It's open to anyone, especially those people and organisations with an interest, commitment or role in local government, and can be found on the homepage of the NTS website or 'hub' http://ntshub.org.uk
NALC's Neil Evans says "I'm hoping for as many people as possible across local government to complete the survey so that we get a varied but comprehensive picture of training and learning needs. I am very excited about reading the results!"

What People Say...
"I'm pleased that Trafford Council has repurposed our Fraud Awareness course; this demonstrates the value of a Learning Pool subscription.
Because I shared my work Mervyn has saved public money because he hasn't had to create his course from scratch.
And because Devon and Hull shared their courses first I could use their material to create my course, saving time and money. This community is a real virtuous circle!"
