Depends on who has access to your DLE. If you’re concerned with material being copied a simple Alt + 0169 (the © symbol) in the footer protects you.
It begs the question, who is giving access to people who shouldn’t have it?

In my mind the ability to be able to freely share knowledge via online documents is one of the strengths of a DLE.
