Acas' free e-learning online courses provide useful training and guidance for anyone wanting to refresh their knowledge in employment issues. Through a series of 10 online courses, you will be asked a number of questions, take quizzes and test your knowledge on employment topics.

Welcome to the Sickness Absence Management module.
This module uses filmed interviews to demonstrate how managers and supervisors can communicate more clearly with their staff, thereby enabling them to address issues of the absence more effectively. It will guide you through each stage of the procedure from sickness notification to long-term sickness.
