    'Age Proofing' Policy, Practice and Public Service Delivery Design.  

    At a time when UK Government is actively taking steps to ban age discrimination beyond the workplace, this course will help those involved in policy and service delivery design to: increase their awareness of age equality issues; identify ageism and the impact of age discrimination in service delivery and; develop the knowledge and skills to mainstream 'age proofing' best practice in current and future policy, practice and public service delivery design.
