Getting started with our Authoring Tool
It really is easy to create your own e-learning and we have a User Guide and workshops to help you get started.
Our Authoring Tool is available to all Learning Pool subscribers as part of your core subscription.
Once you've installed the AT software you are free to create fantastic e-learning using all the new features of the tool.
With the latest ATV5 you can add video and podcasts to your e-learning, plus sound. Your e-learning will look more professional due to the look and feel enhancements we've made.

Installing your Authoring Tool
| Your Learning Pool core subscription allows anyone in your organisation to download and use the Authoring Tool. |

Click here to download the installation programme for the latest version of the Authoring Tool. View AT5.4 User Notes. The installation programme is a standard MSWindows installation package. Installing on a Citrix system is a one-off activity and we've produced a guide to help you and your IT colleagues with this process. We're happy to work with your IT colleagues to ensure a smooth installation whatever your network. |

ATV5 is fully compatible for projects written in previous versions of the tool. Any course written in ATV4 can be upgraded in a matter of seconds. |

We don't supply the AT to anyone outside the Learning Pool community. We aim to improve the AT so you can create exactly the e-learning you want. This means that all new releases feature upgrades as requested by users of the AT. | |
| ATV5 is 100% backward-compatible for projects written in a previous release of ATV5. Any course written in an earlier version will load seamlessly into the latest release. | |

Register your AT
Once you've completed the box opposite you'll automatically receive an email containing your activation code.
Simply copy and paste the code into the prompt box in the AT to complete the registration process.
You're now free to publish your e-learning.
