An enthusiastic and active council, London Borough of Bexley is using its Dynamic Learning Environment (DLE) to help facilitate its Equality agenda by using the online chat to allow more people to attend its Black Workers Group and Disability staff groups.

Staff who cannot always be released from their office can now join a meeting being held elsewhere in the borough via the chat.

Powys County Council is the first to develop an e-learning module entirely in the Welsh language using Learning Pool’s Authoring Tool. Child Protection is one of the mandatory training courses for staff and those working with children.

It is now available as an e-learning module in both English and Welsh enabling learners to choose their preferred language to undertake the programme.
