Working collaboratively case studies

Homes for Islington, London Borough of Islington and the mental health services of Camden and Islington Foundation Trust joined together in June 2011 to create a joint working protocol between Housing and the Mental Health Services.
One output from the partnership has been the commissioning of a Mental Health Awareness module from Learning Pool.
