Online Learning in Social Care
Social care is one of the most challenging and ever changing service areas. Recent changes in how social care is delivered by councils presents a real challenge to local government, and training people in the practicalities of what this means is key.
In response to this challenge, we have launched a new social care e-learning subscription to help public sector organisations make big efficiency savings in their adult social care services provision.
Brought to you by Learning Pool and Ophira, this service enables social care providers to deliver the care pathway more effectively and in a way that can be completely tailored to their organisation.
Subscribers are using this service to create savings by swapping costly face-to-face training with e-learning. This is leading to improved capacity in the social care workforce; ensuring key staff make better decisions, that assessment criteria are applied consistently and that everyone becomes more aware of how their work impacts on managing resources.
