On Monday 25th January, Paul McElvaney, Director of Learning Pool and Alison Stott, Project Manager at Essex Strategic HR will be hosting an online hotseat on the commissioning of Open, Distance and E-learning. This will be taking place in the Leadership Development Community of Practice, using the IDeA’s CoP platform. Learning Pool today announced that it has been named as a Rising Star in the 2009 Deloitte Technology Fast 50. The Rising Star award recognises young companies with the fastest growth in turnover over the past three years.

He's blond, 5'10" tall and hails from the Welsh town of Aberdare. But there's more to Learning Pool's brand new DLE Product Manager, Ben Jones, than just rugged good looks. Ben has recently been appointed to a brand new role within Learning Pool, DLE Product Manager. Paul McElvaney says "This is a new role at Learning Pool and is an indication of the growth of interest in and usage of the product and, of course, our ambitious plans for the future.
